LEADERSHIP
Founder
Rob Schwartz is a visionary leader and the founder of Hidden Light Institute (HLI), a nonprofit film production studio focused on creating documentaries about historic Jewish and Israeli figures. After reading Prime Ministers, Rob was inspired by Menachem Begin’s story and, seeing a lack of accessible information, set out to produce UPHEAVAL: The Journey of Menachem Begin, the first English-language documentary on the Israeli leader. With a career spanning law, public service, healthcare leadership, and strategic consulting, Rob’s ability to turn ideas into impactful projects defines both his professional life and his work at HLI.
Board of Directors
HLI is driven by a dedicated board of individuals who are passionate about preserving and sharing stories that of courage within the Jewish community. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds and are committed to upholding the values and traditions of Judaism.
