BERNARD HASTEN, Chair
Bernard Hasten is President of Speedread Technologies, A nationally recognized leader in Israeli-made automatic meter reading technology for water, gas and electric applications for residential and commercial markets, and is President of RBJH-LLC Family Investment Capital Fund. Previously, Bernard was Senior Vice President of Harcourt Management Company, a real estate holding company in Indianapolis, and the Executive Vice President and CEO of First National Bank and Trust Company of Indiana. In addition, Bernard has held many volunteer leadership roles, including as a board member of Yeshiva University, a board member and past president of Congregation Kehilah Jacob Beth Samuel (KJBS) in Chicago, Executive Committee Member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis, as as a past board member of the Indiana Sports Corporation and Host Committee for the 2012 Super Bowl. Bernard graduated from New York University with a BA in Science and received a law degree from Hofstra Law School.
JUDITH LUPATKIN-BERNSTEIN, Vice Chair
Judith Lupatkin Bernstein has worked in the entertainment industry for more than a decade. She currently works at HBO as Program Marketing Manager for documentary films. In her role, she oversees the creative development of the key art, marketing plan strategies, and promotional activations for the documentaries. She also maintains a blog where she writes about TV and film and how these mediums inform and are informed by American culture. Prior to working at HBO, Judith spent a number of years at the USA Network where she worked in the marketing department that launched the hit USA shows. The Starter Wife, White Collar, Burn Notice and Suits. She started her career in the entertainment industry as a page at NBC. Judith graduated with high honors from Brandeis University with a BA in American Studies and a concentration in Film Studies, and holds an MA in Cinema Studies form New York University's Tisch School .

Tamara Berens is an inaugural Krautheimer fellow at Mosaic Magazine. Tamara hails from London where she graduated with a BA in War Studies from King's College London. She previously worked as a Campus Associate for CAMERA, where she expanded pro-Israel activity in England and Scotland. Her writing has appeared in magazines and news outlets in Britain, the United States and Israel. These include The Jerusalem Post, JNS, Standpoint, The Spectator and the Weekly Standard. She was a speaker at the 2019 Jewish Leadership Conference and has participated on panels in London, New York and Tel Aviv.

Reuben Berman is the Executive Assistant to Malcolm Hoenlein , Executive Vice Chairman f the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organization. Prior to his work at the Conference of Presidents, Reuben was a Fellow and Research Associate at the Reut Institute, a think tank in Tel Aviv, where he was a core member of Reut's Delegitimization Team, helped run Firewall: a Delegitimization Hackathon, and was a founding member of Reut's Nation-State Team. Reuben studied at List College, the joint program between Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary, where he majored in History and Talmud respectively. He graduated with Latin honors from both institutions in 2014.

Robert Bernton leads the North American MId-Market Agency Team for Waze, a Google company. Concurrently, he is pursuing an Executive MBA at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with an expected graduation date of 2021. Prior to working at Google, Robert successfully sold The Kosher Express, a company he launched to deliver high quality kosher meat across the United States. Robert holds a BBA from Emory University , where he was President of Emory Hillel and actively involved in campus lief. Previous to university, Robert attended Rocky Mountain Hebrew Academy in Denver, Colorado.
RABBI DANIEL COHEN
Rabbi Daniel Cohen has served in the rabbinate for more than 20 years and currently is senior rabbi at Congregation Agudath Sholom in Stamford, Connecticut, the largest modern orthodox synagogue in New England. A husband and father of six daughters, he is also co-host with Reverend Greg Doll of the nationally syndicated radio show, "The Rabbi and the Reverend," on Sunday mornings at 11 am and evenings at 9 pm. He speaks frequently on leading a life of legacy, and is the author of the new book What Will They Say About You When You're Gone: Creating a Life of Legacy.
Jonathan Feldman is the Executive Director of Global Mutual, a premier London and Los Angeles-based property investment and management platform with more than £1.5 billion in assets under management. Prior to co-founding Global Mutual, Jonathan was a joint Managing Director of Jayroma London Limited, a UK-based international clothing manufacturer. In 1994, he qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was a senior surveyor with Hillier Parker Chartered Surveyors (now CB Richard Ellis), and specialized in the retail property sector. Jonathan attended The University of Manchester and graduated with a BSc with Honors in Management Sciences.
RABBI EFREM GOLDBERG

Rabbi Efrem Goldberg is the Senior Rabbi of the Boca Raton Synagogue (BRS), the largest Orthodox synagogue in the Southeast United States with more than 800 families and more than 1,000 children. In 2010, he was recognized as one of South Florida's "Most Influential Jewish Leaders." Rabbi Goldberg is the author of a popular blog and is a frequent contributor to Aish.com and OU.org. His writings have appeared in Mishpacha, Klal Perspectives, Mosaic, Jewish Press, Jewish Link, Jewish Life, Jewish Action, Times of Israel, Sun Sentinel, Forward, and YU to Go, and he has been quoted by the The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. Rabbi Goldberg is passionate in his support and love of Israel and has been a tireless and forceful advocate for Israel. He has been part of a small delegation of rabbis invited to the White House for meetings with the administration about the US-Israel relationship. In 2011, Rabbi Goldberg was invited to deliver the invocation to the US House of Representatives. In the same year, he received the "Star of David" award, and in 2014, he was presented with the "Pillar of the Community" and "Israel Award" by Friends of the IDF.
Bruce Gould was a principal of Gould Publications, Inc., a family-owned publishing business specializing in law books and treatises for the legal and law enforcement communities. At the time of the sale in 2004, the business was one of the leading statutory law book publishers in the country. His philanthropic work is extensive. He is a past Vice President of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Orlando. For more than 20 years, he has served in various roles for the Jewish National Fund. In addition, he had the privilege of giving the lead naming gift for both a new amphitheater and a commemoration hall at Ammunition Hill in Jerusalem. Currently, he is leading a campaign to build a new Holocaust Museum for Hope and Humanity in Orlando, Florida, and is a producer on Upheaval, the Menachem Begin biopic. In his free time, he enjoys biking and has completed a 300 -mile bike ride across Israel and bikes in many other countries. Gould holds a BA from New York University, a JD from Touro College Jacob D. Furstenberg Law Center, and an LLM from New York University School of Law.
Barry Gurland is a partner in DB Family Office Services, a Miami metropolitan-area company that helps high net worth individuals, their families as well as their business plan for the future. He is a also a partner at Daskal Bolton LLP, a leading regional certified public accounting firm where he serves in an advisory capacity to professionals of the firm on estate, succession and retirement planning issues as well as business structuring. Active in the community, Barry has served in leadership roles for numerous organizations throughout his more than 40-year career. Barry was honored as the first recipient of the Stanley C. Myers Young Leadership" award from the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and has served on several federation and agency committees, including in his current role as the Chair of the Security and Collections Committee and as an active member of the Administrative Committee. Additionally, he is a past trustee of the Maccabi USA Sports for Israel Endowment Fund and has held numerous officer positions for this organization, which also honored Barry as a Lifetime Achievement Award recipient in 2015.
DR. BOISE KIMBER

Reverend Dr. Boise Kimber is the pastor at the First Calvary Baptist Church in New Haven, where he serves as the full-time pastor and leader of a vibrant ministry. As a pastor in the urban community, he advocates for social justice and community activism. In addition, Rev. Kimber launched the Christian Leadership School, an accredited four-year Christian Education degree program, and was president of the Connecticut State Missionary Baptist Convention from 2007-2014 when he presided over an alliance of approximately eighty churches in the State of Connecticut. Rev. Kimber holds a S.T.M. Master of Sacred Theology from the Yale University Divinity School.
PASTOR TERRY KIRK
Terry Kirk is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, the largest evangelical group in the world. In 1983, he founded Central Christian Assembly in Baltimore, Maryland, and he currently serves as Founding and Senior Pastor over two campuses located in White Marsh, Maryland and Bel Air, California. Terry received his ministerial credits for ordination from Global University, formerly Berean School of the Bible in Springfield, Missouri. Pastor Kirk has given more than 45 years of dedicated service to the ministry, and in 2005 he received an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Divinity from Freedom Bible College and Seminary in Rogers, Arkansas. Terry has served on the boards of the Ed Block Courage Award Foundation, teen Challenge of Maryland (a drug and rehabilitation center), the Jerusalem Institute of Justice, and the Advisory Council for Convoy of Hope (a global humanitarian crisis organization). He also served as an associate to Jimmy Swagart Evangelistic Association, a global ministry organization. Pastor Kirk is currently an advisor and overseer to Pastor Rick Bezet of the New Life Church, which has approximately 40,000 members in Conway, Arkansas, and is a Co-Founder of Pastors and Executives for Israel and Hope Experience Tours, which solely focuses on Israel. His wife Carol of more than fifty years and their two children and three grandchildren make their homes in Baltimore, Maryland.
Jordanna McMillan serves as the Director of Outreach at the Israel allies Foundation. Jordanna has led congressional and slate legislator delegations to Israel and has spoken to audiences all over the world. From parliamentarians to pastors, congressmen to grassroots, Jordanna is passionate about educating men and women of faith and mobilizing them in support of Israel. Prior to living in DC, JOrdanna worked with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) where she helped coordinate a nationwide outreach project in Malawi. From 2007-2009, Jordanna lived in Jerusalem where she studied at Hebrew University and worked with the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem. Jordanna graduated summa cum laude from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.
DR. MIKE MILES
Mike Miles has served the public interest as a soldier, statesman and educator. Mike is the CEO and Founder of Third Future Schools in Colorado Springs, Aurora, and Midland, TX. Third Future Schools is an innovative education system that caters to individual student learning styles in order to close achievement gaps and prepare students for a bright future. A former officer in the Army Ranger Battalion, Miles' military experience includes leading counter-terrorism training operations. Miles later served in the U.S. State Department as a Soviet analyst and member of the Bureau of Intelligence and Research. He then served as a diplomat to Poland and Russia at the end of the Cold War, finishing his State Department work as the Special Assistant to the Ambassador of Russia. Miles continued his commitment to public service as a teacher and principal. He served as the Superintendent of Schools in one of the most challenging public school districts in the state, the Harrison School District in Colorado Springs, before becoming the Superintendent of Dallas Independent School District, where he remained until June 2015. As an instructional leader and professional developer, he has also helped teachers and administrators statewide and in school districts nationally to improve instruction and raise student achievement. Miles holds degrees from the United State Military Academy at West Point, the University of California at Berkeley and Colombia University.
PASTOR AL NUCCIARONE
Pastor Al Nucciarone has been the senior pastor of the Jerusalem Baptist Church in Jerusalem for the past 10 years. Originally from New Jersey, Pastor Al was selected for his current position after serving in Milan and Vienna. Pastor Al also works as a representative with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for which he especially enjoys his involvement with the Israeli American Football League. He is married to Billie, his wife of 38 years and has three daughters and three granddaughters. Pastor Al enjoys traveling throughout Israel and riding his electric bucycle around ejrusalem.

Chaim Oren is an accomplished international marketer in the US, Europe and Israel. Having started his career at the New York office of Young & Rubicam, he later founded Zoetics Inc., a Manhattan-based marketing consulting firm where he advised Fortune 500 companies. After returning to Israel, Chaim held senior management positions at the Israeli offices of McCann Erickson, an American global advertising agency, and Ruder Finn, a global public relations agency. Following those roles, Chaim served as the CEO of Tupperware's Israeli business, and introduced and managed Jupiter Research in the Israeli market. For the past three years, Chaim has been serving as the Stat of Connecticut commercial representative in Israel and assisting Israeli technology companies expand their operations in Connecticut by helping them raise millions of dollars in equity capital. In addition to his commercial successes, Chaim co-founded and is a board member of Ruach Tova, the leading organization in Israel in the field of volunteerism for social issues.
DR. TRE PENNIE
Dr. Tre Pennie is an army veteran who has served more than 20 years as the Sergeant of the Dallas police department. He ran as a 2020 Republican candidate for Congress in Dallas with a strong Israel policy, and was considered for a presidential appointment to the White House in 2018. Tre is a sincere supporter of the US-Israel relationship and has vigorously stood up against antisemitism, even in the face of condemnation from his community, both during his campaign as well as before he became involved in politics. Prior to joining the police department, Tre was an artillery specialist in the US Army and a professor at Strayer University and the University of Phoenix, teaching on a wide array of topics, including education, ethics, criminal justice and terrorism. Tre holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, a master’s degree in counseling, and a Ph.D. in education.
Professor Shoham is the founder of several Israeli companies, including two NASDAQ-listed companies, Mazor Robotics and Microbot Medical, both of which are based on technologies developed in his laboratory. Professor Shoham graduated from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in 19778 and served as an aeronautical engineer in Israel aircraft industry until he returned to the Technion to complete his Masters and doctoral studies. Between 1986 and 1990, Shoham served as an Assistant Professor at Columbia University and then returned to the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, where he is na endowed chair professor and head of the robotics laboratory. Shoham, a foreign member of the US National Academy of Engineering and an ASME and IEEE Fellow, is the author of more than 180 technical papers and three books, and holds 35 patents. Shoham has won numerous prizes and awards, including the ASME Thomas A. Edison Patent Award in 2013.
ABBIE GREEN SNYDER

Abbie Green Snyder previously practiced law at Las Vegas firm, Lionel Sawyer and Collins, specializing in corporate and gaming law. She also served as Of Counsel to Spector Gadon and Rosen in Philadelphia, and as an Associate for Cooper Perskie April Niedelman and Wagenhaim, and Fox Rothschild in Atlantic City. In addition, Abbie began her legal career as an assistant legislative aide assigned to the Judiciary Committee for Senator Joseph Biden. Abbie presently serves on the National Board of the Republican Jewish Coalition in Washington, DC; on the boards of Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy (where she is an alum) in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, the National Museum of American Jewish History in Philadelphia and the United way of Southern Nevada.; is a member of the Nevada Women's Philanthropy of AIPAC, and is a member of the International Association of the Gaming Advisors. Formerly, Abbie served as board president of the Hebrew Academy of Las Vegas. Moreover, Abbie is a life member of the Betar Zionist Organization, the revisionist Zionist youth movement that Menachem Begin led in Poland prior to World War II. Abbie earned a BA in Political Science and History from Temple University and a JD from Widener University School of Law in Delaware. She resides primarily in Las Vegas with her husband, Jim Snyder, the evening news anchor at NBC, Channel 3 in Las Vegas.
RABBI DR. MEIR SOLOVEICHIK

Rabbi Dr. Meir Y. Soloveichik is the rabbi of Congregation Shearith Israel, the oldest Jewish congregation in the United States, and director of the Zahava and Moshael Straus Center for Torah and Western Thought at Yeshiva University. Prior to this, Soloveichik served as associate rabbi at Congregation Kehilath Jeshurun in Manhattan. He graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva College, received his smicha from RIETS, and was a member of its Beren Kollel Elyon. IN 2010, he received his doctorate in religion from Princeton University. Rabbi Soloveichik has lectured through the United Staes, Europe and Israel to both Jewish and non-Jewish audiences on topics relating to Jewish theology, bioethics, wartime ethics, and Jewish-Christian relations . His essays on these subjects have appeared int eh Wall Street Journal, Commentary, First Things, Azure, Tradition, and the Torah U-Madda Journal. In August 2012, Rabbi Soloveichik gave the invocation at the opening session of the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida. He is the son of Rabbi Eliyahu Soloveichik, grandson of the late Rabbi Ahron Soloveichik, and the great nephew of the late Rabbi Joseph B. Soloveichik.
RABBI STUART WEINBLATT
Rabbi Stuart Weinblatt is the founding rabbi of Congregation B'nei Tzedek in Potomac, Maryland, a vibrant Conservative synagogue founded in 1988. He as been recognized by The Forward as "one of the most inspiring Rabbis in America" and voted "Best Rabbi in Washington" by readers of the Washington Jewish Week for several years. Rabbi Weinblatt has given the opening prayer at sessions of the United States Senate, the House of Representatives, both houses of the Maryland State legislature, the inaugurations of Maryland's governors and Montgomery County executives, as well as numerous other public gatherings. IN addition, Rabbi Weinblatt is a member of the Rabbinical Assembly (RA), was ordained at Hebrew Union College, is President of the Rabbinic Cabinet of JFNA, is Head of the Jewish National FUnd's "Rabbis for Israel," and has chaired two national RA conventions. Rabbi WEinblatt also has served as President of the Washington Board of Rabbis, chaired the Annual Israel Bonds' "Ambassador's Ball" in Washington, DC, received the "Pillar of the Community" award from the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Washington and , with his wife, was honored by Israel Bonds for his leadership and advocacy on behalf of Israel.
